About our Daycare

The 'Peter Pan' Daycare was established in February 2007. It was one of the first Polish daycares in Mount Prospect. The caregivers have educational backgrounds in teaching. The owner of the daycare has worked for 16 years at the I. J. Paderewski Polish School in Niles, and is currently associated with the F. Konarski Language School in Des Plaines. The 'Peter Pan' Daycare serves children aged 1.5 to 6 years (with before and after school care for ages 6-12). Classes are conducted in both Polish and English. Children learn letters, numbers, shapes, and colors. They learn songs and rhymes. They enrich their vocabulary by listening to fairy tales, fables, and stories. Appropriately selected exercises and games develop children's motor-visual coordination and phonemic hearing. Once a week, corrective gymnastics classes are held by a qualified person.
